Our secure online enrollment has simple, step-by-step instructions that make your Blue Cross Medicare AdvantageSM enrollment easy.
Before you begin, have the following:

  1. Your red, white and blue Medicare card.
  2. Information about other prescription drug coverage (i.e., employer benefits) you may have.
  3. The name of the plan you've selected.
  4. If you choose to pay your premiums via auto withdrawal, your bank account information.
Before You Enroll, Note This Information About Other Coverage

If you currently have health coverage from an employer or union, joining in Blue Cross Medicare Advantage could affect your employer or union health benefits. You could lose your employer or union health coverage if you join Blue Cross Medicare Advantage. Read the communications your employer or union sends you. If you have questions, visit their website, or contact the office listed in their communications. If there isn't information on whom to contact, your benefits administrator or the office that answers questions about your coverage can help.

HMO plan available in Chambers, Fort Bend, Hardin, Harris, Jefferson, Liberty, Montgomery, and Orange counties.

PPO plans available in Bastrop, Burnet, Caldwell, Collin, Dallas, Denton, Fayette, Fort Bend, Harris, Hays, Lee, Montgomery, Tarrant, Travis, and Williamson counties.

Plans provided by Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Texas, which refers to HCSC Insurance Services Company (HISC) (PPO plans), and also to GHS Insurance Company (GHS) (HMO plans). HISC and GHS are Independent Licensees of the Blue Cross and Blue Shield Association. HISC and GHS are Medicare Advantage organizations with a Medicare contract. Enrollment in HISC's and GHS' plans depends on contract renewal.
